Companionship

Companionship services consist of non-medical care, supervision, and socialization activities provided to an adult on a one-on-one basis or in groups not exceeding three recipients. This service is provided in direct relation to the achievement of the recipient’s goals as stated on the support plan.

We may also assist with tasks such as:
caregiver cleaning the kitchen

  • Self-care needs
  • Meal preparation
  • Laundry
  • Shopping
  • Light housekeeping

The service will provide access to community-based activities that cannot be provided by natural or other unpaid supports, and should be defined as activities most likely to result in increased ability to access community resources without paid support. For reimbursement purposes, we will submit an invoice and a service log.

We value our client’s preferences and decisions when delivering our services. Let us be your loved one’s companion today.
