Supported Living helps individuals with developmental disabilities who have the motivation and desire to live in the community independently. This is done through the services provided by a Supported Living Coach. These services revolve around providing adults assistance with:
- Locating appropriate housing
- Setting up the household
- Discussion about nutrition
- Meal planning and preparation
- Retention or improvement of skills related to activities of daily living
- Shopping for groceries
- Money management
Coaches are available to help the individuals we serve seven days a week, and services are provided as scheduled.
Our aim is to make use of all available cultural and recreational opportunities, as well as community support that will enable clients to fully integrate into the community.
